Hinges. The hinges and their screws are normally the first parts to take strain when a door isn't balanced. We check every hinge for cracks or breaks, and check and tighten every hinge screw.

Wheels or rollers. They must turn freely and slide easily from side to side as the door opens and closes. If they don't, the door starts jerking or bouncing, which damages other parts of the door and the motor.
