* Centurion's 3-year warranty on the motor. We cover the first year on-site at no charge; after that the garage door motor is still covered, but callout and labour are charged. The DC Blue and Digidoor motors have the manufacturer's 1-year warranty, which we cover on-site. The warranties don't cover the batteries.
We're not VAT registered, so we don't charge VAT.
We automate sectional garage doors only: single, double and caravan-size doors. We don't automate tip-up or steel roll-up doors. Ask us which motor suits your door.
Randburg, from Ferndale and Fairland to Blairgowrie and Randpark Ridge, has a mix of standalone homes and townhouse
and cluster complexes. In a complex, one garage door can open and close many times a day for several
households, so the motor has to suit how often the door is used, not only its size.
Heavy daily use is also when a badly fitted motor or a poorly balanced door shows its problems first. That's why
every new motor comes with a free garage door service: the door is in good condition before it starts its daily
work. Every motor we fit has battery backup, so a power cut doesn't lock residents out, and safety beams can stop
a busy door from closing on a car or a person.
A Randburg job. A client couldn't find anyone to repair and automate their
2.75 m high wooden sectional garage door. The wooden panels were still in very good condition, but the mechanism
needed a lot of attention, and the client wanted an extra panel at the bottom so the door would open to the full
2.75 m. We lifted the whole door 250 mm, fitted longer vertical tracks and longer cables, and had springs made up
specially for the door's weight and size. Wendy sent the quote and a detailed report the same day, and Franz,
Fabian and Christopher did the repairs, added the panel and automated the door in the time we'd given the client.
