We reply within 2–3 business hours and are usually on site within a day, depending on our workload.
Every job is different, so we don't guess. WhatsApp us a photo or short video of the problem and we'll tell you what's likely wrong. You always get a written quote before any work starts.
Yes, when we can quote from the details and photos you send us, which is most of the time. If we need to visit your property to quote, a callout fee applies only if you don't accept the quote. Accept it and the visit costs you nothing.
New equipment we supply and install, like a gate or garage door motor, comes with a 1-year on-site warranty. Repairs, replacement parts, maintenance, COC and welding work carry a 3-month on-site warranty.
Our office hours are Monday to Thursday 8:00–17:00 and Friday 8:00–15:00. We're closed on weekends and public holidays. After hours, WhatsApp us and we'll reply the next business day.
Centurion, Digidoor and DC Blue (DC Blue for garage doors only). We're Centurion and Digidoor certified.
Most often it's the battery. Gate motor batteries usually last about 2–3 years, and less in direct sun or with frequent power cuts. We can test it and replace it if needed. See gate motor repairs.
Use the manual release on the motor: usually a key for a gate motor and a pull cord for a garage door motor. If you're not sure where yours is, WhatsApp us and we'll show you.
Usually, yes. When a property with an electric fence is sold, the transfer needs an electric fence compliance certificate (COC). We inspect the fence, fix anything needed for it to pass and do the COC. See electric fence COC.
Yes. We supply new remotes and code them to your gate or garage door motor.
Both. We fix sticking, jerking or noisy doors, broken springs and cables, pulleys, weather seals, motors and remotes. See garage door repairs.
